Why did I become a language teacher?

Back in the day in 2000, I lived in a small town in Hungary. I was in middle school and decided to participate in an Essay Writing contest. The topic was : How do you see your future in 2020?

High speed internet in my region was nowhere in sight and I had no exposure to foreign cultures whatsoever.

I let my imagination take over and picture a future that was very far from my reality back then. I wrote I would be living abroad in 2020, teaching languages online, being able to connect with people from different countries. Here I am now in the United States, teaching online and helping people from all over the world to improve their quality of life in the present and building their dream future.

I firmly believe that a good teacher can change your life for the better, be a good example, your anchor and support. I had the priviledge to meet some amazing teachers and mentors during my language learning journey and living abroad. That’s the main reason I became a language teacher. I provide knowledge that I gained through my own experience to my students that they can use right away in their everyday life.

If you decide to learn with me, I’ll teach you everything I learned during the years of living abroad, starting from the language through the cultural challenges and make sure that you feel comfortable all the way.

Fun Facts about me

Travelling

I prefer 3-4 day long trips to lenghty vacations. I like to travel simple, no fluff, go where the locals go and avoid touristic places. I can’t wait to chat about your happy place and share some memories with you.

Doing things that make me happy every day

I love fun movement, such as dancing, yoga and kick-boxing. I try to incorporate at least one of them in my routine every day, even when I am short on time.

Visual arts

I am also a visual arts enthusiast. I enjoy watching movies, documentaries and series, esecially if I can learn about different cultures. Paintings and sculptures have also held a special place in my heart.
